They are most famous for "blowing the whistle" on major food chains. Food marketing and packaging can be very misleading, and CSPI provides some objective clarity and good advice to help you navigate your way through the grocery aisles. I subscribe to the organization and usually find some helpful tips in their publication, Nutrition Action Newsletter.
