Hypnosis for Mind-Body Weight Loss

 

Hypnosis and group support encourage healthy behaviors that can lead to weight loss and well being. Benefit from each individual class and/or the momentum of your renewed commitment each month to realize your goals as you learn new information, practice hypnosis and nourish yourself in a safe and supportive environment.

 

All classes are Wednesday evening from 7 to 9 PM.

Register for EACH class individually. This class can stand alone, or you can experience it as a series. Each month includes aspects of mind-body theory, discussion, and a group hypnotic induction. Foundational ideas are reinforced, as new ideas are introduced.

Lauren Archer is an expert in peak performance and the mind-body relationship. As both a Clinical Hypnotherapist and an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, she offers an integrative approach to positive achievement and wellness, using proven techniques from sports psychology and hypnosis.
