inspiring subtle effects over time. Includes suggestions to:

• See challenges as opportunities

• Let uncomfortable feelings go

• Keep their hands to themselves

• Respect teachers and other adults

• Recognize their own power by saying "Yes Ma'am and Yes Sir"

• Create self-calming habits

• Choose to eat healthy and exercise

• Get over mistakes and setbacks
