Lauren will lead the group through a rich blend
of theory, interpersonal experience, meditation, vision
questing, and more. You will deepen your understanding of your
self, and discover how to add balance to your life. At the end
of the weekend, you will leave with a set of practical tools and
strategies, along with renewed inspiration and motivation, to
help you achieve your weight loss goals.

Friday - 7:00 - 9:00 PM
Overview, orientation, goal setting, initiation
ceremony.
Focus: Spirit
Saturday - 10:00 AM to
4:00 PM
Blend of theory, interpersonal activities,
meditation, vision quest, movement.
Focus: Mind and Emotion
Sunday - 10:30 AM to
4:00 PM
Location: Lauren's Home-Office
Continuation of theory, interpersonal activities,

Focus: Body
Registration Information
Tuition - $595.00
Your workshop tuition includes beverages and
snacks,
and detailed workshop materials including a
workbook and CDs.
