Mind-Body Consultations
After an
initial goal strategy session to review your specific goals,
challenges, and perceived obstacles meeting, you’ll receive
personalized training in mind-body techniques. This 90 minute
session may include self-hypnosis or NLP (neuro-linguistic
programming) along with a guided imagery experience to impress your
desired changes deeply into your subconscious mind. You will leave
with your customized CD to listen to daily in the comfort of your
own home.
